↳ The Challenge
Qi Health specializes in providing customized herbal medicine tailored to address female health-related issues, offering long-term solutions with medicinally effective, all-natural prescriptions.
↳ The Method
Establish Qi Health as a natural solution provider for fertility, reproductive, and menopause symptoms. We conducted user research with patient cohorts experiencing a variety of feminine health issues to understand the white space within the market. We synthesized this qualitative data and consulted on brand strategy to optimize website messaging and design. Expanding Qi’s reach in a symbiotic way, we developed a partnerships strategy to collaborate with brands offering conventional methods for similar health issues but not specifically in the natural solutions space, providing an auxiliary offering for their audiences. We also helped identify core growth channels to reach users experiencing specific symptoms targeted by Qi Health's membership, especially those seeking natural alternatives after traditional care has failed.
↳ The Results
Successfully reaching the target audience with relevant symptoms, resulting in a 50% decrease in period pain, 100% decrease in ovulation pain, 20% improvement in digestion. Achieving patient experience rating of 4.9/5 stars and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9.5.
